Icicle Day Sail

Enjoy winter weekends on the water! Every Saturday in January join us to participate in an exciting informal race held on Galveston Bay! The “Icicle Series” is comprised of 5 races, each race is approximately 8.67 NM.

There will be awards for each race and the overall series. This is a great opportunity to practice sailing trim and gain navigation skills. Add to your sailing log this new year! All sailors are welcomed.

Yachty Gras Day Sail & Boat Parade

The breeze sets the rhythm and Yachty Gras brings high spirits during a lively day sail on Galveston Bay. Take the helm, and sharpen your skills while developing confidence during a relaxed, hands-on and celebratory experience.

After an exciting day on the bay, enjoy a firepit at South Coast Sailing Adventures as we anticipate the kickoff celebration of this year’s Mardi Gras with the sailor’s edition, Yachty Gras!

Bring on the laughter with beads coloring the air and music filling the waves and welcome the night with friends, stories, and boats glowing, laughter, and Yachty Gras spirit.
