South Coast Sailing Adventures now offers the opportunity to spend the night on one of our fine yachts at the Kemah Boardwalk Marina! Enjoy the peace and romance of sleeping in a serene nautical setting. Options range from a simple night on a boat to a luxurious bed and breakfast. Safe and secure, tied to the dock, experiencing the gentle lapping of the water as it soothes you to sleep. You can wake up to the sunrise over the bay and enjoy the sounds of the seabirds.
You can even book your charter and the berth together, with options ranging from a next-day 4 hour cruise to a 2 hour sunset/moonlight cruise for that night. If you combine an overnight stay with a cruise, you will receive a $40 - $50 discount on the total. Our location at the Kemah boardwalk Marina offers easy access to the boardwalk's restaurants and attractions, as well as a swimming pool, hot tub, and shower and laundry facilities. Another amenity included at our marina is a dockside grill and after dinner you can retreat to your vessel for cocktails on the deck! Prices range from $95 - $345 a night.*
The most luxurious of our packages is the "Boat and Breakfast", which includes a berth for two on one of our fine yachts, breakfast for two at The Coffee House on the Boardwalk. This package is especially nice for couples who are celebrating anniversaries, birthdays, or even are looking for an excuse to get away for the weekend. Linens and housekeeping are included in this package.
The simplest of our packages is the basic Berth-on-a-Boat, where all we do is provide a bed for the night. This package is especially nice for students, who often come from far away and need an inexpensive and unique place to stay for the weekend. We do not provide bedding and cleaning in this package. You will need to bring your own bedding and towels. (Linens or sleeping bags, towels, and pillows are available for $25 per set with advance reservations.) Provisions (groceries) are available within a mile of the marina. Ice is available on site.

Escapade Price: $395
Escapade (Jeanneau DS 50) is a welcomed addition to our fleet. Her spacious interior alows for maximum comfort. She is equiped with air conditioning, 3 heads, 3 private cabins, radio and can sleep 6 comfortably.

Transcend Price: $345*
This Hunter 450 is the ideal vessel for a full family occasion. It is one of our largest boats in our fleet and provides plenty of room for large parties. It come with air conditioning, radio and CD player, refridgerator and two private cabins.

Our Tranquility, a spacious Hunter 430 is equipped with air conditioning, two heads, CD player, radio, and two private cabins. This fine vessel can sleep up to 6 people.

Seazure is a beautiful Beneteau Oceanis 390. She has air conditioning, 2 heads, and 2 private cabins and will easily sleep up to 4 people.

Tranquility, a Catalina 36, is equipped with air conditioning, DVD player, radio, CD player and one head. She can sleep up to 7 in her private cabin, large aft stateroom, and a dinette that converts to a double berth.

Morning Star Price: $195*
Morning Star is a beautifully maintained 1984 Tayana 37 Pilothouse with quaint wooden interior, one head, CD player, DVD player,radio, and air conditining. She can sleep 3 comfortably in her private v-berth and aft quarterberth.
